Steven Sheller is BBB’s executive vice president of Strategic Operations, reporting to CEO Duncan Gillis.
His current responsibilities include logistics, distribution center operations, customer service, and strategic sourcing.
Steven joined BBB in September of 2000 as the Company’s chief engineer and has primarily been in remanufacturing since 1984. Working alongside a talented operations team, Steven was able to take additional operations responsibilities as plant manager for BBB’s Rotating Electric division and assume responsibility for Steering and Caliper acquisitions, earning the title of VP of Mexico operations. In 2018, Steven relocated to Joplin, Missouri as BBB’s VP of US operations. In 2020, he was promoted to EVP of Strategic Operations.
In addition to remanufacturing, Steven has held positions as a maintenance coordinator and plant engineer for Viskase and IBP respectively. Prior to BBB, Steven was the plant manager for Perfection Hy-Test, responsible for its Western division.
Steven earned a bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources from Southern Nazarene University.
Steven currently resides in Joplin, Missouri. He is an energetic supporter of faith-based charities and missions, and he is very active in his local church. He also enjoys DIY home projects, camping, and collecting / restoring antique and primitive tools.
